Welcome to Pure Quality Stoneworks

Located in the spectacular British Columbia, Fernie’s seasonal contrasting landscape colors, culminating in the stunning fall, created an inspiration for one passionate British mason’s mind.

The fall landscape appears absorbed by the local stone. It is this which really stimulated the owner, Andrew McFarlane, to migrate from the UK and create Pure Quality StoneWorks.

Andrew has since spent many years building friendships with the incredible local quarry owners and suppliers alike with this passion in mind. He sources natural stone directly for all projects creating specific stone blends to enhance the overall design incorporating one, two sometimes three different quarries.

Working closely with the quarry owners Andrew is able to view and handle the stone for each individual project, thus being able to create a unique client blend.
